Refund policy

This Refund Policy explains returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made on Settlemod.

  1. Return window
    For most items, you may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date. Requests made after 30 days may not be accepted.

  2. Return eligibility (condition requirements)
    To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unassembled (if applicable), and in resalable condition

  • In original packaging with all parts, accessories, manuals, and any free gifts included

Important hygiene-related items:
For mattresses, pillows, and other bedding items, returns may be refused if the product has been opened, used, or is not in hygienic condition. If your item arrived defective or damaged, please contact us within the timeframe below.

  1. Non-returnable items (examples)
    Unless required by law, we do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale/clearance items (if marked “Final Sale”)

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear

  • Hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened/used (where applicable)

  1. Damaged, defective, or wrong items
    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos/videos (including packaging if relevant)
    If confirmed, we will cover reasonable return shipping (if a return is required) and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and stock availability.

  1. Returns for “change of mind”
    If you are returning an item without a quality issue:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
    Original shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable.

  1. How to start a return

  • Photos/videos (required for damage/defect/wrong item)

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the designated return address.

  1. Exchanges
    If you want an exchange, contact us first. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange is not possible, we can proceed with a return/refund (if eligible).

  2. Refunds (timing)
    After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
    Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

  3. Refused deliveries / incorrect address
    If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unavailability at delivery, any associated costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
