This Shipping Policy explains our shipping areas, shipping fees, processing times, delivery estimates, and responsibilities.

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping fees

Orders under $150: $15 flat shipping fee

Orders $150 and above: Free shipping
Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout and shown before you place your order.

Order cut-off time (Central Standard Time, CST)

Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST on business days begin processing the same day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.

Processing time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends/holidays). Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment. -
Delivery estimates (after shipment)
Delivery times vary by item size and destination:

Standard parcels: typically 3–10 business days after shipment

Oversized / large items: typically 7–20 business days after shipment
These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, peak seasons, or address issues may extend delivery times.

Carriers & delivery method
We use reputable U.S. carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. For oversized items, we may use freight or specialized carriers. -
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available). You can also use our Order Tracking page to check the latest status. -
Address accuracy & delivery issues
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order. -
Order changes & cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Changes/cancellations are only possible before the order is processed or shipped.

Once shipped, we generally cannot cancel or reroute the shipment. Any carrier fees caused by rerouting/returning a shipment may be the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, missing, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, missing parts, or you receive the wrong item:

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos (and packaging photos if applicable)
We will help resolve the issue based on the situation (replacement, refund, or other solution).
